Our People
With over two decades' experience within fiduciary services encompassing tax & legal frameworks. She commenced her career initially as an attorney practicing law within India before relocating permanently into Hong Kong since 2004. Haritha holds Bachelor of Administrative Law & Bachelor of Laws degree and is a Practicing lawyer registered in India. accredited lawyer status back home specializing chiefly around corporate aid focusing heavily upon wealth management/fiduciary concerns. She specializes in corporate services, company formation, and director roles for clients, focused on wealth management and fiduciary services.
Rakhi Nair, born in 1974, is an Indian citizen who has been a resident of Hong Kong since 2000. Rakhi has s a Masters in Business Administration from India and has more than 19 years of experience in providing company secretarial services in Hong Kong. She joined the firm in 2017 and currently serves as the Manager of Corporate Services. Her work involves managing corporate secretarial duties and supporting the firm's fiduciary operations for private and corporate clients. Rakhi is fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
